百年“荷蘭皇家殼牌”要棄“荷蘭皇家

當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間11月15日，國(guó)際能源巨頭荷蘭皇家殼牌宣布，將把企業(yè)總部從荷蘭遷往英國(guó)，公司還計(jì)劃更名為“殼牌”，放棄已使用100多年的“荷蘭皇家”稱(chēng)號(hào)。

 

公司在聲明中稱(chēng)，包括全球上游業(yè)務(wù)在內(nèi)的多個(gè)部門(mén)將保留在荷蘭海牙市，公司股票將繼續(xù)在阿姆斯特丹、倫敦和紐約等股市交易，但首席執(zhí)行官范伯登和首席財(cái)務(wù)官杰西卡·烏爾將遷往英國(guó)辦公。

 

這一舉措將在下月舉行的公司股東大會(huì)上表決，至少需要75%的股東支持才能通過(guò)。

 

殼牌是一家英國(guó)與荷蘭的合資公司，擁有復(fù)雜的股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)，其稅收居所和總部在荷蘭，注冊(cè)辦事處在英國(guó)。

 

有報(bào)道稱(chēng)，英國(guó)官員對(duì)此表示歡迎，認(rèn)為這是“對(duì)英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)投了明確的信任票”。荷蘭方面則表達(dá)了不滿，稱(chēng)這是個(gè)“不受歡迎的意外”，并正在與殼牌管理層就該計(jì)劃對(duì)就業(yè)等方面的影響進(jìn)行對(duì)話。

 

 

 

荷蘭皇家殼牌本周一表示，將放棄其雙重股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)，并將總部從荷蘭遷至英國(guó)。

Royal Dutch Shell said on Monday it would scrap its dual share structure and move its head office to Britain from the Netherlands.

 

該公司計(jì)劃從其名稱(chēng)中去掉“荷蘭皇家”（Royal Dutch）（這一名稱(chēng)自1907年以來(lái)一直使用），變更為“殼牌公司”（Shell Plc）。

The company aims to drop "Royal Dutch" from its name — part of its identity since 1907 — to become Shell Plc.

 

消息公布后，殼牌股價(jià)周一上午在倫敦上漲逾2%。根據(jù)該計(jì)劃，殼牌股票仍將在阿姆斯特丹和紐約交易。

Shell's shares, which will still be traded in Amsterdam and New York under the plan, climbed more than 2% in London on Monday morning after the news.

 

該公司表示，這一計(jì)劃要求在12月10日舉行的股東大會(huì)上獲得至少75%的股東投票。

The move requires at least 75% of votes by shareholders at a general meeting to be held on Dec. 10, the company said.

With the construction of Baoji airport and intercity railway to be completed in the future, the geographical advantages of the city will be further enhanced, ” says Li Bin, General Manager of Northwest Cluster, DHL Express China. “Therefore, we established the local presence to get a head start on taking the full advantage of the huge development potential and broad cooperation prospects the market has to offer.”

 

據(jù)悉，中外運(yùn)敦豪寶雞分公司位于高新區(qū)中心區(qū)，眾多進(jìn)出口企業(yè)駐扎在此，可更迅速地滿足客戶取件需求，并提供7x24小時(shí)客戶服務(wù)。

The new branch is located in the center of the high-tech district, where many local imports and exports businesses headquarter. It enables DHL Express to respond to the customers’ pick-up demands more rapidly with 7x24 services.

 

中外運(yùn)敦豪表示，憑借公司280架的自有機(jī)隊(duì)，以及遍布全球220多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)，寶雞分公司將為客戶提供更穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)力、更快的國(guó)際轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)時(shí)間和更高的通關(guān)效率。

The company said, leveraging DHL Express’s fleet of 280 dedicated aircrafts and the global logistics network across over 220 countries and regions in the world, the new branch will provide local customers with more stable air
capacity, shorter transit time and more efficient customer clearance.
